HTK Consultants,
Inc. has been in the business of providing petroleum engineering and wellsite supervision services to the oil and gas industry since 1991. The company was formed in Spring,
Texas by Jeffrey R. Hughes. Since its inception, HTK has provided services for over
100 clients - both onshore and offshore, domestic and international. The company currently employs over
55 wellsite supervisors and engineers in addition to a management team with over
85 man-years combined oilfield experience. The majority of HTK´s work is conducted along the Louisiana and Texas Gulf Coast, but international assignments have also been carried out in China, France, West Africa, the Middle East, Mexico, Venezuela,
Peru and New Zealand.
In 1994, HTK Consultants, Inc. formed HTK Subsea Services offering design
services and materials specifically for the subsea environment. Products such as Subsea Netguards, 2-Well and 4-Well Subsea Templates, Seafloor Mud Mats and other specialty drilling and completion equipment are designed and fabricated to the client's specifications.
Experience is not enough. HTK selects its wellsite personnel not only for their experience, but also for their desire to do the job right. They must be hard-working,
honest and good communicators. Every HTK employee knows that the company's success depends on an active partnership with its clients. HTK encourages its engineers and well-site supervisors to reduce costs and find efficiencies as an integral part of the
