  • Production Engineer - Independent Consultant
    Midland, Texas  (1999 - 2000)

    Designed and supervised well workovers and stimulations on Atoka and Penn gas wells. 

  • Production Engineer  - Phillips Petroleum Company
    Texas, Arkansas, California and New Mexico  (1995 - 1999)

    Responsible for the design and supervision of hydraulic fracture stimulations increasing production by 3MMCFD.  Planned and managed Vacuum Liquid Recovery Plant.  Optimized both gas and oil production wells and various remedial type work and/or stimulation workovers.  Managed New Mexico leases and assets being responsible for all aspects in meeting production and operating goals.  Minimized operating costs on marginal wells in California.  Optimized current operations in Smackover Field, AK.

  • Production (Automation) Engineer - Phillips Petroleum Company
    Bellaire, Texas  (1991 - 1995)

    Responsible for the coordination of a petroleum industry automation task force on production facility monitoring and control automation, integrating control devises of seven manufacturers into one automation system.  Planned and managed the installation of 21 production facilities and well monitoring systems for North American operations.

  • Production Engineer (Associate) - Phillips Petroleum Company
    Lafayette, Louisiana   (1989 - 1991)

    Responsible for reducing costs through alliance with Hall-Houston in modifying shore facilities and offshore platform piping by going through Phillips facilities.  Supervised completions, gravel packs and acid stimulation on new wells.  Also, preformed wireline maintenance work on gas lift systems.
