Texaco International - Latin America/West Africa Division - Coral Gables, Florida: 1983 - 1993
- 1991 - 1993: Drilling Superintendent: Responsible for drilling, testing, workover and completion activity for two rigs located offshore Nigeria, West Africa. Performed all bidding and bid evaluation work in conjunction with these projects.
- 1987 - 1991: Drilling Superintendent: Responsible fro drilling, testing, workover and completion activity in a sour gas environment for three rigs located offshore Angola, West Africa. Performed all bidding and bid evaluation in conjunction with these projects.
- 1985 - 1987: Drilling Superintendent: Responsible for drilling and testing exploratory wells in the Gulf of Suez. Offshore Egypt. Performed all bidding and bid evaluation and work in conjunction with these projects.
- 1983 - 1985: Drilling Superintendent: Responsible for drilling and testing operations for two rigs in deep, abnormally pressured sour gas environments in the rain forests of Northern Guatemala. Performed all bidding and bid evaluation work in conjunction with these projects.
Texaco USA - Offshore and Onshore divisions - New Orleans, Louisiana: 1953 - 1983
- 1980 - 1983: Field Superintendent: Responsible for all production and construction operations, as well as drilling, testing, workover and completion activity for as many as five rigs in two large South Louisiana inland water fields consisting of 700 wells with a combined production rate of 25,000 BOPD. Direct supervisor for 35 field personnel.
- 1974 - 1980: Field Superintendent: Responsible for all production and construction operations, as well as drilling, testing, workover and completion activity for as many as five rigs in one large South Louisiana inland water field consisting of 400 wells with a combined production rate of 30,000 BOPD. Direct supervisor for 50 field personnel. Temporary onshore and offshore drilling assignments in Columbia and onshore operations in Ecuador.
- 1965 - 1974: Drilling Supervisor: Responsible for drilling, completing, testing and workover operations in the onshore and offshore U.S. Gulf Coast areas (Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia and offshore Texas). Temporary drilling assignments in Nigeria and Ghana, West Africa.
- 1953 - 1965: Various Positions: Held various drilling and production positions in the Louisiana Gulf Coast area. Including production clerk, roustabout, rotary helper, derrickman and rotary driller on both workover and drilling rigs.
