- Operations Manager - Avanti Services. Inc.: Houston, TX (1986-1993): Supervised drilling, completion, and workover operations in the field and from the office. Prepared turnkey bids including offset well research, designing proposed well, preparing AFE's, and contract negotiation and execution.
