Jeffrey R. Hughes - President |

|
Jeff Hughes is a Registered Professional Engineer who has served as drilling engineer, drilling
superintendent and drilling manager for several independent oil and gas companies. These include Placid Oil Company, Pelto Oil Company, and Greenhill Petroleum (1976 through 1990). Since founding HTK Consultants, Inc., in 1991, Hughes has worked for several small independents in Houston to help start up their operations along the Gulf Coast. He has also worked on several special projects, including serving as chief technical advisor for the United Nations in Western China's Tarim Basin and technical advisor to Elf Aquitaine on the NKossa Project offshore Congo. Hughes was also engineering advisor to Halliburton Energy Services on a Venezuelan coiled tubing drilling project near Maracaibo, Venezuela.

Jay L. Davis - Senior Vice President of Operations |

|
Jay Davis is a Registered Professional Engineer who began his career with Amoco Production Company in 1977. Davis worked as drilling engineer, drilling superintendent and drilling manager for Anadarko Production, Superior Oil Company, Apache Corporation, Elf
Acquitaine, and, most recently, for Seagull Energy. Since joining HTK in 1996, Davis has been providing project management services to various clients working in the Gulf of Mexico. Specific projects include serving as acting operations manager for American Exploration during their merger with Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corporation and consulting operations engineer for Cockrell Oil
Corporation and Project Manager for Transworld Oil. Currently, Jay is
working with Century Exploration and Phoenix Exploration.

Robert L. Zaunbrecher - Senior Vice President |

|
Bob Zaunbrecher is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 30
years of engineering and management experience in drilling, completion, production and reservoir engineering. He has also managed other technical
professionals including geologists, geophysicists and land personnel. Zaunbrecher began his career with Shell Oil Company in 1973,
spending 19 years with Pennzoil (1977 to 1996). More recently, he has been with two independent operators active along the Gulf Coast and in the Gulf of Mexico. His experience encompasses a wide range of exploration and production tasks. Zaunbrecher has served as production engineer, drilling engineer, drilling superintendent, district petroleum engineer, district operating superintendent, district manager, asset team leader and division operations and engineering manager. He has worked in the Gulf of Mexico, North and South Louisiana, East and South Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. Zaunbrecher has also provided operational and economic recommendations to management regarding potential oil and gas exploration activity in Azerbaijan, Indonesia and Canada.
Past HTK clients include Barrett Resources and Williams Production until the
recent sale of William's offshore properties. Zaunbrecher joined HTK in December
1998 and is currently working with Sterling Energy.
