Started
petroleum engineering consulting firm offering wellsite supervision as well as
in-house consulting engineering to the oil and gas industry. Clients include
Forest Oil Company, EOG Resources, Elf Exploration, Inc., UMC Petroleum
Corporation, Samedan Oil Corporation, Spinnaker Exploration, Hall-Houston Oil
Company, Horizon Production & Operating LLC, Energy Partners Limited, Arena Energy, Wapiti
Energy, Seagull Energy, Transworld Exploration & Production, Sterling
Energy, F-W Oil Exploration, Paloma Resources, Forest Oil, Lime Rock Resources,
PB Energy, Contango Operators, Goldston Oil and Probe Resources. Represented the United Nations as their Chief Technical Advisor to improve
drilling efficiency in the Tarim Basin of the People's Republic of China in
1991. Designed and fabricated a cuttings slurrification unit for On Site
Disposal Systems, Inc. of Houston to dispose of oil-base drill cuttings down the
annulus in 1992. Served as consultant to Elf Congo on the semi submersible SEDCO
701 to advise and oversee jetting in 30" drive pipe in 600' of water
offshore Congo in 1993.

Drilling Superintendent - Greenhill Petroleum Corporation
Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico (1990
- 1991)
Supervised
drilling operations for both onshore and offshore Louisiana as well as Texas
and New Mexico. Completed the drilling of 45 wells in the first six months of
Greenhill's 1991 fiscal year including a 14,000' high pressure gas well in
Wharton County, Texas.

Pelto Oil Company

Responsible
for Pelto's drilling operations for both onshore and offshore Texas and
Louisiana as well as land operations in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Alabama.
Planned and executed the drilling of 36 wells in 1988 with on-site supervision
provided by contract drilling supervisors.

Texas and Louisiana (1981 - 1983)
Supervised
Texoma's drilling operations both onshore and offshore. Specific projects
included installation of 21 conductors on a mudslide platform in Main Pass
Block 151, supervised drilling of relief well and killing and capping of a
blowout at South Marsh Island Block 95. Participated as a member of the
"People-to-People Petroleum Engineering Delegation" chosen to go to
the People's Republic of China in August, 1983.

Placid Oil Company
Louisiana and Texas Gulf Coast (1976
- 1981)
Worked in the office and field monitoring drilling operations both
onshore and offshore Louisiana on land rigs, inland barges, jack-ups, drillships
and semi-submersibles. Office work included well planning, casing design, tubing
design, preparing drilling and completion procedures and updating Placid's
operations manual. Transferred to Texas to plan and supervise the drilling and
completion of seven deep wells ranging from 15,000' to 25,000'.
