Tom
Stroud - Drilling & Completion Engineer |
|
|
Tom Stroud is a degreed
Petroleum Engineer from
LSU. He has 30 years of varied drilling and management experience in the domestic
and international oil and gas industry. Prior to joining HTK, Tom was with
Halliburton Energy Services heading up their PathFinder group until its sale and
their Integrated Solutions group in Europe and Africa. Prior to HSE, Tom managed
Triton's international operations. Additionally, Stroud worked for Placid
Oil Company in various drilling engineering positions. Tom is currently
working with Australian Worldwide Exploration. |

Zaunbrecher - Drilling & Production Engineer |
|
|
David Zaunbrecher is a degreed
Petroleum Engineer from
the University of Southwestern Louisiana with 28 years of varied drilling and production experience in the domestic
and international oil and gas industry. Prior to joining HTK, David was President
and GM of Pennzoil's (Devon Energy) Venezuelan operations. Prior to running the
Venezuelan installations, David held positions of Operations Superintendent,
Petroleum and Production/ Reservoir engineer all with Pennzoil. After an
assignment with Transworld Exploration and Total, David is currently working with
Amerada Hess. |

Charles E.
Strange - Facilities & Production Engineer |
|
|
Chuck
Strange is a degreed Chemical Engineer from the University of Texas at El Paso..
He has 31 years of varied drilling and production experience in the domestic and
international oil and gas industry. Prior to joining HTK, Chuck was with Energy
Corporation of America planning wells for offshore New Zealand and before ECA
with Devon Energy. His drilling and production experience includes Gulf of
Mexico, Gulf Coast, Oklahoma, South America, Azerbaijan, Egypt and Western
Siberia areas. Currently, Chuck is working with Sterling Energy. |

Carl
Hanoch - Production & Facilities Engineer |
|
|
|
Carl
is a Natural Gas Engineering graduate from Texas A & I University with
38 years experience
in the oil and gas industry. He spent 30 years with Texaco, Mitchell Energy,
Union Texas Petroleum and Enron before coming to work with HTK. While with
Enron he served as General Manager (production) for their offshore properties in
India and Production Manager in Trinidad. Since joining HTK, Carl has
worked with TDC, Elf Exploration and Kerr McGee. Currently Carl is working
in China for Kerr McGee. |

T. Louviere - Completion Specialist |
|
|
|
RT Louviere received
his AD in Computer Technology and telecommunications in between gaining 27 years
experience in the oil and gas industry. The past ten years have seen
Louviere designing completions for Baker Oil Tools concentrating on gravel packs
and frac packs. Since joining HTK, RT has been planning
and writing completion programs for Kerr McGee for offshore GOM properties. |

Roy
Smith received his degree in Engineering Science from Nicholls State University. He has
33 years of varied
drilling and completion experience primarily in the domestic oil and gas industry. Prior to joining HTK,
Roy was with TotalFinaElf serving as Manager of Offshore Drilling and
Completions including drilling in water depths up to 7,900'. Prior to TFE, Roy was with
ELF Exploration, ELF Aquitaine, Williams Exploration, ANR and Placid Oil
Company. Roy is
currently working with Hydro GOM. |

A. Hansen - Drilling Engineer |

|
Chuck
received his BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and has 31
years experience
in the oil and gas industry. He spent the last three years as the Drilling
Engineer for Hydro GOM/Spinnaker Exploration and before that worked through HTK
for five years with Spinnaker as his client. Prior to working with
Spinnaker, Chuck worked for Samedan, Cabot Oil, Weeks Exploration and UPRC. Since
re-joining HTK, Chuck has been
working with Hydro GOM. |

McElduff - Drilling & Completion Engineer |

|
|
Bill
McElduff is a degreed Petroleum Engineer from Colorado School of Mines with 25
years experience in the domestic oil and gas industry. Prior to joining HTK,
McElduff worked for the John Wright Company at various locations around the
world. Prior to John Wright Bill was a Sr. Drilling Engineer with
Halliburton while also spending time with Yemen Hunt Oil Company and Pioneer
Production Corporation. Bill currently is working with Australian
Worldwide Exploration. |

is a degreed Mechanical Engineer from
Louisiana State University. He has 7 years of varied drilling and production experience in the domestic
oil and gas industry. Prior to joining HTK, Kris was Drilling Engineer for Penn
Virginia and before that
Devon. His drilling and production experience includes Gulf of Mexico,
Louisiana and South Texas. Currently, Kris is consulting for Pogo
Producing. |

Dan received his BS from
Southwest Texas State University and has
been involved in the oil and gas industry for the past 26 years. Before
re-joining HTK, Dan was the Completion Specialist for Hydro/Spinnaker
Exploration managing all of their completions. Prior to HTK, Bomersbach
designed completions for Baker Sand Control as well as holding positions of
sales and service manager and district manager. Currently, Dan is with
Hydro GOM. |

Fulkerson - Operations Engineer |

Roby Fulkerson
received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and has
been involved in the oil and gas industry for the past 33 years. Before
joining HTK, Roby was the Offshore Operations Manager for General Atlantic
Resources managing all of their operational projects. Prior to General
Atlantic, Fulkerson held various production positions with Union Texas, Transco
Exploration, Mesa Petroleum and Pennzoil. Currently, Roby is with
ExxonMobil. |

Eddie
Osborne received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and has
been involved in the oil and gas industry for the past 29 years. Before
joining HTK, Eddie began his career with Shell serving as a Sr. Drilling
Engineer and spent some time in Venezuela. After leaving Shell, Osborne was with a
Sr. Engineer and Operations Eng. Mgr. with Triton Engineering. Recently
he was with Halliburton Integrated Solutions serving as Lead Well Engineer.
Currently, Eddie is working with deepwater BP. |

Rusty
Ritz received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M
University and has
been involved in the oil and gas industry for the past 18 years. Before
joining HTK, Rusty began his career with Schlumberger serving as a Sr. Field Engineer. After leaving
Schlumberger, Ritz was with a Drilling Engineer with Cliffs Drilling. Recently
he was with K&M Technology serving as Senior Drilling Engineer and ERT
Resources. Other clients include F-W Oil Exploration and Spinnaker
Exploration. Currently, Rusty is working with Prime Offshore/F-W Oil Exploration. |

P. Elrod - Drilling Engineer

Jeff
Elrod received his BS in Petroleum Engineering and MBA in Finance from University
of Tulsa and has
been involved in the oil and gas industry for the past 19 years. Before
joining HTK, Jeff began his career with Oxy serving as a drilling/reservoir
& petroleum engineer. Then moved to Shell as senior drilling engineer
then on to Gaither Petroleum as a petroleum engineer. Recently
he was with ABB Lummus Global serving as senior drilling engineer. Currently,
Jeff is working with deepwater BP. |

Locklin - Deepwater Drilling Engineer |

Chris
received his degree in Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University. He has
27 years of varied
drilling and completion experience primarily in the domestic oil and gas industry. Upon
graduation from college Chris started out with Welex Wireline and then drilling
supervisor with Exxon. After Exxon, Conoco, Dupont Environmental
Remediation, Global Marine Integrated Services, CMS Energy and the last 5 years
with BP. Since joining HTK, Chris continues to work for deepwater BP. |
