    Providing petroleum engineering services for drilling, workover and completing wells both onshore and offshore locations.  Clients include Burlington China.

  • Drilling Engineer - John Wright Company  
    Louisiana, Texas GoM, North Sea, Indonesia, New Zealand, Middle East   (2002 - 2004)

    Responsible for relief well planning, well control and well intersection techniques.  Onsite engineer for unique double intersection project in Brunei.  Team member involved with numerous blowout contingency plans.

  • Senior Drilling Engineer/Directional Driller - Sperry Sun Middle East/Halliburton
    Louisiana, Texas, Utah, Wyoming New Zealand, Middle East Canada
      (1994 - 2002)

    Responsible for all type of directional well designs and programs to include horizontal, multi-lateral, S-type and slant.  Drilled long, medium and short radius wells.  Adept with vertical and cased hole sidetracks.  Proficient with FE/LWD, MWD and single shot directional surveying techniques.  Performed conventional drilling engineering for horizontal wells in Western US. 

  • Drilling Engineer - Yemen Hunt Oil Company
    Yemen  (1986 - 1994)

    Lead engineer for an aggressive desert drilling program.  Well depths ranged from 3000' to 11,000' with mud weights to 17ppg.  Performed onsite supervision during critical operations.  Developed tubing and casing designs, prepared AFE's, evaluated bit performance.  Performed extensive wellsite supervision for completions, workovers and testing activities.  Wells flowed at 60 MMCFD and 5000 BOPD.

  • Production Engineer - Pioneer Production Company
    Texas & Oklahoma  (1982 - 1986)

    Responsible for  production operations of gas and oil wells drilled in the Texas Panhandle and western Oklahoma.  Gas wells ranged from 30 MCFD to 15 MMCFD with surface pressures from -2 to 11,000 psi.  Performed extensive field pumping duties.
