Yemen (1986 - 1994)
Lead
engineer for an aggressive desert drilling program. Well depths ranged
from 3000' to 11,000' with mud weights to 17ppg. Performed onsite
supervision during critical operations. Developed tubing and casing
designs, prepared AFE's, evaluated bit performance. Performed extensive
wellsite supervision for completions, workovers and testing activities.
Wells flowed at 60 MMCFD and 5000 BOPD.
Production Engineer - Pioneer Production Company
Texas & Oklahoma (1982 - 1986)
Responsible for production
operations of gas and oil wells drilled in the Texas Panhandle and western
Oklahoma. Gas wells ranged from 30 MCFD to 15 MMCFD with surface
pressures from -2 to 11,000 psi. Performed extensive field pumping
duties.
